TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If for any reasons you are not 100% satisfied with the workmanship and material quality, simply return the item to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, replacement or credit. All items are to be shipped back to us the same way that it was shipped to you. Please enclose a note indicating the reason for the return and a copy of the invoice so we can promptly credit your account. We will credit you the same way as you paid us. You are responsible for the freight charges back to us. All freight charges will be credited back to you if the item purchased does not meet our workmanship and material quality standard.
All parcels are to be shipped via Canada Post. The following rates are for shipments to Canadian destinations* only.
*Shipping rates exclude remote areas and all Territories locations. Please e-mail us at email@example.com for shipping estimates. Bulky, oversized or items over 22 lbs (10 kgs) may incur extra charges for shipping.
All orders will be shipped via Expresspost or Purolator at the customer’s expense. All shipping charges are to be prepaid. Please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your address and items ordering and we will send you a shipping rate. Duties, if any, are the responsibility of the receiver.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery on all items. If delivery is to be later than 2 weeks, you will be notified immediately via e-mail. Please allow 6-8 weeks for international shipments.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
In the event that an address provided to us is incorrect or incomplete and that the order was unable to be delivered, you will be notified via e-mail to provide us with the correct information. The order will be re-shipped and charged to you. No refunds will be provided.
